Ok, so I don't know why, but this entire fucking country seems to have forgotten that the word lose, as in, to "lose an election" or "he is a sore loser" or "I'm about to fucking lose it" is spelled with only a single "o". That other word is reserved for things like "I am a loose cannon" or "Your pants look really loose" or "I hear she is a loose skanky ho."

But you know that already.
